- - Responsibilities and obligations to various stakeholders:
- - Ownership of site and billboard structures
- - Settlement of all statutory fees and charges
- - Supervision of engineering firms handling production, fabrication, installation/erection of billboard structures
- - Security/Insurance policy on the structures
- - Prompt settlement of lease rental to land owners in line with agreement
- - Posting/re-posting of advert materials for maximum of four (4) changes in one contract year
- - Monitoring of structures on routine basis for fitness and safety
- - Rendition of monthly reports to clients on running campaigns usually accompanied with coded photographs
- - Giving advisory services to clients on campaign strategy when deploying OOH medium to give the desired mileage
