Responsibilities and obligations to various stakeholders:

Ownershipof site and billboard structures
Settlementof all statutory fees and charges
Supervisionof engineering firms handling production, fabrication,installation/erection of billboard structures
Security/Insurancepolicy on the structures
Promptsettlement of lease rental to land owners in line with agreement
Posting/re-postingof advert materials for maximum of four (4) changes in one contract year
Monitoringof structures on routine basis for fitness and safety
Renditionof monthly reports to clients on running campaigns usually accompaniedwith coded photographs
Givingadvisory services to clients on campaign strategy when deploying OOH mediumto give the desired mileage
Wellmanaged billboard sites as part of social responsibility to the environmentin areas where we operate
