
The company was acquired in October 2000, as fully owned subsidiary of a Holding Company called Integrated Marketing Services Holding Limited, with the sole aim of broadening its base in the marketing communication industry.
The
name was changed to Triple A Outdoor Limited in 2002 in line with the vision
and mission of the new owners. With a share capital of N200,000 in year 2000
(pre-acquisition) to N10 million in 2001, N20 million in 2003, N30 million
(authorized and fully paid-up) in 2004, the company has achieved tremendous
growth in its post-acquisition activities. Moreover, the board has ratified
the increase in share capital to N50 million to further strengthen and consolidate
the leadership role envisioned by the company for the industry.
